All paying delegates may request a no-quibble refund up until the start of the advertised seminar or training course. This applies to any paying seminar or training course advertised on this website.

All refunds will be processed within 24-hours of any request made.

We also offer delegates a 100% Refund Guarantee on any training course purchased through this website. If you attend the training course and then decide that the course is not suitable to you, you may approach any of our staff and request a refund.

You must do this by the first lunch-break of the first day to ensure fairness to all parties involved.

The policy to any product purchases that are made at any Seminar Events we have organised is as follows: You may claim a full 100% refund within 7 days of the product purchase. Any refunds will be processed within 24-hours. This policy does not affect your consumer statutory rights.
